“We typically opt to stay at Home 2 Suites locations because of the kitchens, pools, and breakfast options. The parking was readily available, but this location is difficult to get to. I wouldn't stay again. The one night we had available to utilize the pool, the water was murky and you could not see the bottom. “Average hotel room in somewhat convenient location ”

“We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...

Tried to resolve the issue and was told no refund I am disappointed because I have family near there and travel from out of state so would stay at this location often. We are IHG members. “Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely”
